Gwyneth Paltrow testified in her ski damage trial she initially thought the person whom she says got here up from behind her and collided along with her was committing a sexual assault.
Paltrow is on the stand, and gave the jury her account of the accident on a Deer Valley ski slope. She mentioned she was going slowly when instantly, she heard “a wierd rustling noise” behind her.
She says the skier — Dr. Terry Sanderson — got here up from behind and his skis went in between her legs, together with his physique urgent into her again. Gwyneth mentioned she froze and acquired upset.
