Nominations for the 2023 Film Independent Spirit Awards are in, and “Women Talking” is the only woman-helmed title competing for Best Feature. Written and directed by Sarah Polley, the Rooney Mara-starrer is impressed by a real story and follows a gaggle of ladies in a distant non secular group reckoning with the aftermath of sexual assault.
